Credibility and trust are hugely important to me, especially in the unregulated Wild West of the ADHD industry!

So, it was imperative to obtain the highest recognition possible for our brand-new ADHD Coaching certifications before we opened the doors!

The ICF is widely regarded as the gold standard in coaching certification worldwide.

It gives students confidence that the content, structure, and ethical guidelines are of the highest quality.
But more importantly, it assures those with ADHD looking for coaching that they are working with the best and will get the high-quality service and support they deserve.

Big shout out to Anna Goscomb and her team for helping us get this over the line and constantly pushing us to be the best!

A lovely afternoon yesterday was spent celebrating with some of our latest ADHD practitioner graduates!

Marking their extensive case studies last week, I was welling up with pride at the knowledge, understanding and empathy they have gained.
This is not an easy course.
They will tell you themselves… it’s tough!

When I set out, I intended it to be a short course for coaches who want to work with ADHD clients. ( I was hoping for 80 hours)

But once I got going, I realised the enormity and responsibility of the task - next thing I knew I’d created a 220-hour CPD accreditation.
(That will soon become an ICF-accredited coaching certification - but that’s a story for another day `)

These guys have worked their arses off over the last 16 weeks.

They have invested endless hours studying to become the best they can be, and it shows!!!

They are Fricking AWESOME!!!
