School, childcare and care home visits with our resident hypoallergenic furry friends 🐾

Wellbeing Woofers is an exciting initiative suitable for schools and care homes. Our instructors bring well-loved family trained dogs and puppies into your setting to promote wellbeing and happiness. Children benefit hugely from this programme, developing a sense of fun and trust, learning to build relationships, to love and to care, and has proven to be a great encouragement for speaking. Care Home residents love to see their Wellbeing Woofer on a regular basis. The dogs and puppies bring love and comfort to residents, and their visits create a wonderful feeling of joy and companionship. All of our instructors and trainers are fully insured and DBS checked.

✨ Do you ever have those “pinch me” moments, all tangled up with a little imposter syndrome? ✨

I’ve had the most amazing couple of weeks celebrating my big birthday, and this weekend was the icing on the cake! 🥂💫

I threw a party, wore my sparkly gold wedding dress again (because why not?! ✨), danced, laughed and surrounded myself with so much love.

But here’s the thing… sometimes I struggle to believe that all that love is actually for me.

That little voice of self-doubt has a funny way of creeping in, even during the happiest moments.

Yet, looking around the room this weekend, I had a bit of a realisation. Despite what that inner voice sometimes tells me, maybe I really am a good boss, a lovely friend, a loving wife, mum, daughter and sister.

Maybe I make more of a difference to people’s lives than I give myself credit for.

And maybe, just maybe, turning 50 is the perfect time to start believing in myself a little more. ❤️

To every single one of my incredible friends and family who has celebrated 50 trips around the sun with me, thank you. For showing up, for the laughter, the memories, the kindness and, most of all, for making me feel so loved.

My heart is very full. 🥹❤️

Here’s to 50, learning to quieten that inner critic, embracing the love and finally seeing myself through the eyes of the people who love me. ✨💫✨

🙏☺️🍃

DO HARD THINGS 💚

I think it’s essential to step outside our comfort zones from time to time.

To challenge ourselves.

To learn.

To grow.

And sometimes… to do hard things.

Mine?

🤿 Scuba diving in Egypt.

With my oldest friend, as part of our joint big birthday celebrations.

I was absolutely terrified. 😂

But also ridiculously excited.

Because being brave doesn’t mean you’re not scared.

Sometimes it means being scared and doing it anyway.

We spend so much time encouraging our children to try new things, be brave and believe in themselves.

Sometimes we need to show them that we can do hard things too.

I had the most wonderful time. I tried something new, challenged myself, found total peace and serenity under the water and now qualified! 🐠 🤿 🐟

Get uncomfortable. Be brave. Do hard things. Discover what you’re capable of. 💚

JUST BE KIND. 💚

It really is that simple.

Be kind. And expect kindness from your children too.

Kindness in the way we speak.
Kindness in the way we listen.
Kindness to other people.
Kindness to animals.

And importantly, kindness to ourselves.

In this hectic world of rushing, screens, schedules and endless things to do, sometimes the simplest values can get forgotten.

Our children are watching us. They notice how we treat people, how we respond when things go wrong and how we speak about ourselves and others.

We don’t always get it right — none of us do.

But we can keep coming back to something beautifully simple:

Be kind. Raise kind humans. Expect kindness in return.

The world can always use a little more of it. 💚

EMPOWERING WOMEN 💚

One of the things I love most about our team is the women behind it.

We’re women of a certain age — and proud of it! Many of our team found me after having children, when they were ready to find a little bit of themselves again.

To fill their cup.
To rebuild their confidence.
To find their feet returning to work.
To do something that matters.
To give something back.

And, like me, they all have huge hearts.

There’s something really special about creating a space where women can grow in confidence while helping others find their calm too.

Strong women. Huge hearts. One shared mission. 💫🌿💫

WHEN ARE YOU AT YOUR MOST PRODUCTIVE? ☕️👓

Mine is first thing in the morning, in bed.
Cuppa in hand.
Glasses on.
Phone or laptop out.

And the ideas start flowing.
And no… I’m not doomscrolling!
(Well… sometimes! 😂)
I do actually work!

I write, plan, create and come up with some of my best ideas before I’ve even got out of bed. I’ve always been like this, and I’ve learnt that this is simply my creative time.

We’re always being told how and when we should be productive, but I think there’s something to be said for finding your own rhythm and working with it.

Mine just happens to involve a duvet and a cuppa. ☕️😂
Anyone else? When are you at your most productive? 💚

SUCH A WONDERFUL EVENING 💚🌙

A wonderful evening last night working with the parents at Wildflower Nursery, Twickenham, talking about one of the biggest challenges for so many families — SLEEP!

We explored how sleep isn’t just about bedtime. We talked about regulation, nurture, safe boundaries, routines, connection and calm — and how they can all work together to support more settled nights.

Because when a little person is struggling to settle, sometimes we need to look beyond “Why won’t they sleep?” and think about what they might need from us to feel calm, connected and ready for sleep.

We also talked about the grown-ups! When you’re exhausted, everything feels harder. Patience gets stretched, boundaries become more difficult to hold and bedtime can quickly become stressful for everyone.

That’s why I love our Sleep Clinics. No judgement, no expectation of perfect parenting and no one-size-fits-all solution.

Just gentle, practical ideas and encouragement to help families find routines that work for them.

💚 Co-regulation. Connection. Consistency. Calm. Sleep.

I absolutely love helping parents feel more confident and supported.

Would your nursery parents benefit from a Sleep Clinic? DM me to book a session at your nursery. 🌙

Better sleep. Calmer nights. Brighter days.

DOGS, DOGS, DOGS, DOGS! 🐾🐾🐾🐾

We need more paws, please!

Do you have a wonderful dog who loves people? Would you love to take them into schools and care homes and experience what we think is one of the most rewarding jobs ever?

Our Wellbeing Woofers bring smiles, connection and precious moments of calm wherever those four paws take them. 🩷

And the best bit? You get to do it together.

We’re looking for more fabulous humans and their four-legged partners to join our team.

If you think you and your dog could help us spread a little more calm, one paw at a time, we’d love to hear from you.

🐾 WE ARE RECRUITING! 🐾

More paws. More smiles. More calm.

SEPTEMBER. A FRESH START. 🍂💚

Does anyone else feel like September is almost more of a fresh start than January?

New term.
New routines.
New goals.
A chance to reset.

There’s something about September that makes me want to get organised, make plans and think about what I want the next few months to look like.

But a fresh start doesn’t have to mean changing everything.

Maybe it’s one new routine.
One thing you want to make more time for.
One boundary you want to hold.
Or simply remembering to fill your own cup a little more often.

For me, September always brings that lovely feeling of possibility.

A new season. A new rhythm. A little reset.

Does September feel like a fresh start to you too? And what are you changing, starting or getting back to this month? 💚

Back-to-school or back-to-work jitters? We all get them. 💛

Getting back into a routine can make such a difference — batch cooking for busy weeks, calming bath times, bedtime stories and making space to really listen to our teens.

Carve out time to reset, reconnect and find your rhythm again. Sometimes the simplest routines bring the most comfort. ✨ -regulate
