I baked Saturday Sourdough again this week because we ran out of bread yesterday. This morning from 7:30am it is on the shelves in Enniskillen at both Lilley's Centras and McBride's Spar Sligo Rd and the 24hr. Speaking of Sligo we are set for our debut Tuesdays bread deliveries to Sligo, Manorhamilton and Belcoo. If you know anyone who likes really good sourdough bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner tell me about JTB. Have great weekend and we will be back with that deep flavoured Monday bread before you know it. 💚

I'm delighted to finally be able to begin supply of my original sourdough into Belcoo. What a lovely wee community that knows what good food looks like. We will be delivering around 12:30pm on Tuesdays and will keep adding to the order until you're sorted. In the meantime your welcome to greatest toast ever 🌅

Lovely sourdough bread heading out from the bakery this morning heading for Enniskillen, Tempo, The Croft, Lisnaskea. I'm heading to Sligo, Belcoo and Manorhamilton today to drop off bread samples to a few new retail and restaurant leads. Wish me luck 🍀

Thank-you very much for the kind words and good wishes for my new bakery. This wonderful next step has been a long time in the prover. Years of getting up early and staying late.

A lot of delivering out of hours and working through holidays. There was a level of loneliness that accompanied my journey during those years. Quiet days when all I had were my hands and a hunger for making real bread.

Next retail bread bake is tomorrow morning and stay tuned for some morning bun related announcements next week.

We ran out of bread yesterday so Caitlin and I rustled up a Saturday bake for Millar Meats Irvinestown Spar Ballinamallard and Castle Archdale Spar Lisnarick. Just home now for a wee nap after some toast and jam! Thanks everyone for a great week and I hope your enjoying your bread today.

I’m pleased to say we can now increase production of our catering-size Original Sourdough loaves for wholesale.

These are the real deal: handmade, traditionally long-fermented sourdough with no commercial yeast or preservatives. They’re available sliced or unsliced, fresh rather than frozen, and can be scheduled for delivery or collected from the bakery. We’re happy to discuss pricing for regular and bulk orders.
