The Old Mill is in Dundee City Centre, putting you within a six- or seven-minute walk from the University of Dundee and Abertay University campuses, and around the same distance from the shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, coffee shops, and live music venues. Limited car parking is available at The Old Mill for just £250 per academic year. The University of Salford’s Adelphi campus is a five-minute walk from our front door, and the main campus is around a 12-minute walk. Our building is a 15-floor development with 340-bed​ spaces in total. You have three options when it comes to choosing your room: standard, large, or extra-large. You’ll be in a shared apartment with between two and four bedrooms – ideal for socialising and making friends, but also with enough privacy to chill out and study on your own whenever you want or need to. As well as the co-living spaces with your shared apartment, you’ll also have access to a laundry room and a communal lounge. Other perks include a 24-hour security service, plus a resident’s parking permit if you have a car.
