nowledge to assist you in progressing, establishing and enjoying the process! The online coaching service is a service offered to all levels of partnerships and has proven to be a wonderful tool in goal setting, establishment of way of going, increasing performance and general schooling productivity. For the cost of an average gym membership, you will receive a weekly video analysis, including exercises, things to consider, and a full explanation of the point being made. As part of the package, you also receive a fortnightly phone call, during which we can have a discussion regarding the feedback you have received, what you are feeling, and if the progression is moving in the right direction for you. You will also get access to the members facebook group, with access to people who are all on the same journey of progression.
