A huge congratulations to all of our talented Millfield artists (R - Y6) whose work has gone on show today at the East Cambridgeshire Schools exhibition at the Babylon Gallery in Ely. The exhibition runs until 25th February and is well worth a visit. The Elliot Foundation

On Tuesday, we had an exciting visit from the local author, Elaine Macdonald. She spoke to the children about becoming an author and read a couple of books to some of the classes. In her workshops with some year groups, she focused on her newest text, 'Elvie the Eel,' which is about an eel living near Ely! The children created 'eel spinners' based on the main character.

In assembly, Elaine read the book to all children and spoke about being an author.
