Kids Will Be Kids has been awarded two Outstanding ratings, one for Childcare on Domestic Premises and the other for Childminding. We provide a loving and nurturing home from home environment, within large purpose-built nursery rooms. It is our priority to promote the childrenβs well-being and support their learning and development through play and challenging activities and experiences. We pride
ourselves in encouraging each individual child, so that they progress at their own pace. All activities are inclusive and are carried out in a fun and stimulating way, following the guidelines of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Within the setting we provide a wide range of stimulating, challenging and fun resources, which all the children benefit from. Each day we offer the children both child-led and adult-led activities which help with their progress and development as well as challenging them, giving them a sense of achievement and enjoyment. The activities include singing, story time, rhymes, physical play, outdoor play, group activities, arts and crafts etc. Furthermore, the children not only have lots of fun at Kids Will Be Kids, they develop their social skills and form friendships. In addition to the inside play area, we also have purpose-built covered patio area so that the children can play outside whatever the weather. All children are provided with a morning snack and a nutritious lunch to aid their growth and development. Kids Will Be Kids is open all year round except Bank Holidays, one week at Christmas, one week over Easter and two weeks in August. We strive to give children the best possible care in enabling parents to work, in the knowledge that their child is safe and happy, whilst learning through play at the same time.
