Today we celebrated our Prep School Prize Giving — a wonderful moment to recognise the hard work, achievements, and growth of every pupil. From the classroom to the sports field, music to drama, it’s been a truly fantastic year filled with success, determination, and unforgettable memories. 🌟

We are so proud of everything our pupils have accomplished and the way they’ve supported one another along the way.

We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Robert Garvey as the next Head of the Aldenham Foundation from September 2027.
Following a rigorous search attracting exceptional candidates from across the independent sector, Robert stood out for his leadership, warmth and clear vision for outstanding holistic education.
Currently Headmaster of Wetherby Senior School, he brings extensive experience from teaching roles at roles at Haberdashers’ Boys’ School and Merchant Taylors’ where he rose to become Senior Deputy Head (Academic). He furthered his understanding of the local area’s educational environment by serving as a Governor at RMS for Girls in Rickmansworth. His guiding belief: “Excellent education transforms lives.”
We look forward to welcoming Robert and his family as he builds on Aldenham’s strengths and leads the Foundation into its next chapter.
