Quick question - do any of our followers own a spin/exercise bike and would be interested in on-line spin/cycle workouts? Kenny is a certified precision cycling instructor and having dusted down his submission video, thinks it would be fun to get back into the saddle and upload some motivational 30 minute cycling workouts. Let us know if this is something you'd be interested in?

As you may be aware, we took delivery of a Toputure TP5 Walking Pad / Treadmill last week and although it isn't really exciting to watch someone walk fast for 45 minutes, we have created our first Walk Pad 01 playlist on our YouTube channel for you to workout to. Well it's not a new playlist as it was used back in the day for Spin classes and it should have a similar effect on a Walking Pad / Treadmill. Set to a constant 7kmph on a flat surface for 45 minutes, you can clock up 6500 steps. Obviously we recommend you start off at a more sedate pace and gradually work up to what you are comfortable with. We are working on a more varied workout for publishing later. Enjoy!

Who would like to see some single track workouts for Vortex and Powerhoop? We are thinking of calling them Vortextras and Powerhooplets? These would be uploaded to YouTube in between the main full workout programmes. So anyone got any really good uplifting tracks that would fit a squat or biceps session or maybe a hooping track from back in the day that isn't available on YouTube? Post your suggestions in the comments.
