Another big thank you to for funding this beautiful session for parents in the early stages of parenthood. Led by Emma and , the sessions consisted of relaxation, breath work, conversation, song and much more. If you missed these or just want more, we have another 4 at Croxteth Children’s centre after Easter.

We have had such a great time delivering Sling and Swing it and thanks to . The feedback has been wonderful with the main takeaways being that it was something focussed on the parents rather than the baby and the dancing was a big release that often led to wonderful chats at the end. It was wonderful to get to know all of our participants over the 6 weeks. Also a joy to have Emma Hirons from spreading her magic. Announcement of new class coming very soon.
