Some tasty Tim off to the lovely folk E Ò L A C H who are making crispy kale and wilted brassicas! Huzzah!

For those interested there are two types of kale here - cavolo Nero and curly - and some totally fab Kitzuna from the brilliant Vital Seeds - which works well across the board from salads to stir fries and GROWS FOR FUN - I love it a sort of hybrid between mustard and kale - get some, grow some - it’s a joy!
