This practice of creating and carrying around pocket-sized Altars came out of a desire to ground whilst living between homes.

Without our usual routines, rituals, sacred spaces and sanctuaries it is all too easy to feel untethered.

The practice I will share with you in this workshop will support you whether you are similarly in a transitory state, or even if you are settled and would like to learn another grounding ritual.

This morning I led a Ta**us Activation ritual. We met over Zoom at 8am and together began with reflection on Aries season, before exploring the themes of Ta**us. Each person received their own reading on what the month ahead holds for them - a card pull, insights and inspiration to cultivate space for their intuition to speak and inspired actions to come through.

Before this, yesterday, I held space for myself - a self-connection ritual for the month ahead. In this post I share the ingredients for this ritual.

Each piece is chosen intentionally. Each has a purpose. Even a purpose of looking beautifully and giving ‘a vibe’ is a good enough purpose to be included.
