Eastcote's Jubilee celebrations (a bit late sorry). The children wrote a letter with some pictures of the Queen, our hand prints and some crown - Inviting her to come to our jubilee tea party. She wrote back to us saying she would love to come but she was a little busy!!
We celebrated the jubilee by having a tea party with pass the parcel and pin the diamond on the crown and some yummy food. The rain didn't spoil our fun (it just made it a bit more cozy!)

Today we went to the field next to nursery to pick blackberries for our pudding after tea. We picked enough blackberries to make a blackberry and apple crumble for pudding tomorrow too. Yum!

We had a dinosaur day at nursery, we had dinosaur themed activities, we have a volcano experiment, drawing our favourite dinosaurs, read some dinosaur books, made dinosaur footprints in the paint and found dinosaur bones in the sand.

We made our own obstacle course, we used the crates and step ladder. The floor was lava so we couldn't touch it.
