With the weather this good, there was only one place for our Summer School to visit – the jewel in Eastbourne’s crown, Beachy Head.
From the dramatic cliffs to the far-reaching views across the sea and Eastbourne, it was a day to remember. 📸✨

What a fun karaoke evening with our French students on the summer school programme! 🎤🇫🇷 Some songs were sung in French, but I was especially impressed that several students chose to sing Queen songs—and did a great job too! A brilliant evening of music, confidence, and lots of smiles.

I’m always humbled when we receive such a wonderful review, but also incredibly proud of our team and our wonderful business partners for doing such a fantastic job. Knowing that we’ve created lasting relationships and cherished memories for our young students makes me especially grateful. I couldn’t be more pleased to read this.
It had to be done with our French leaders, live music at the end of the fabulous Eastbourne Pier.
It’s fantastic to see so many people out today on the beach and in the town.
This is Eastbourne at its best!

So today, the students on the summer school are spending a day with their hosts and it means I have to entertain the leaders so we are in the town in the glorious sunshine and the first stop is this place and I knew they would love it like we do!

An incredible evening was shared with the French students on the Summer Programme and the Eastbourne Sea Cadets. Initially, there was some reluctance to communicate, but after two games of football and some pizza, the mood had certainly changed. By the end of the evening, barriers had been broken, friendships had begun to form, and it had become a truly fabulous occasion.

Congratulations to Jacob and Arlo, who won the ‘Rising Star’ award that we were proud to sponsor. At such a young age, they have raised an incredible amount of money for St Wilfrid’s Hospice – a truly inspiring achievement. Well done, boys!
Congratulations as well to all of the nominees and winners. This was the first year of the event, and if last night is anything to go by, next year will be even bigger and better.
It means a great deal to us to be able to give something back to the Eastbourne community, which supports us so generously by hosting our International students.

🌞 What a busy and exciting week here in Eastbourne!
Not only are we delighted to have 30 students attending the Summer School, but on Monday evening we also welcomed a coach carrying 60 students who have joined us for their cultural visit. 90 students in our wonderful town of Eastbourne.
A huge thank you to our amazing host families, whose kindness and generosity make these visits so special. By opening their homes and sharing a little of everyday life in Eastbourne, they help create unforgettable experiences and lifelong memories for our international visitors.
We are proud to showcase the very best of our town and community, and we hope all of our students have a fantastic stay filled with learning, friendship, and new experiences.

🌟 Despite train delays, our group finally arrived late last night! A huge thank you to our wonderful host families, who met the students at Eastbourne Station and made sure everyone was warmly welcomed and well looked after. ❤️
