Sports Festival at LPA! ⛹️‍♀️🎖️👨‍🦽
Langney Primary Academy was incredibly proud to host the recent SWALE Multi-Skills Festival. We welcomed children from our wonderful sister schools, Parklands and Shinewater, for a fantastic morning of fun activities, skill-building and friendship.
Our amazing Langney Sports Crew took the reins to host and lead the entire event and we couldn’t be prouder of the outstanding leadership and enthusiasm these young role models displayed. It was truly heartwarming to watch the confidence shine from each and every child as they cheered one another on, stepped out of their comfort zones and mastered exciting new physical skills.
To wrap up such an uplifting morning of teamwork and community, we finished the day with a roaring celebration tunnel, where every proud competitor cheered their way through to receive a well-deserved certificate. ☺

World Cup Launch at LPA!!!
All week the children have been learning and celebrating about the 48 Countries coming together for WC2026!!
Mr P led a brilliant assembly on different cultures and mutual respect. Today we have held a m***i day for the opening ceremony and showcasing "Active Body, Healthy Mind!" Can Ronaldo and Portugal do it.................. 🇵🇹

Ella, Iris and Millie have all worked incredibly hard as members of the Shining Stars Dance Team. Their dedication and commitment to training four times a week has helped them achieve an excellent standard of dance, allowing them to compete in festivals and competitions across the South East.
Last week, they took part in the All England Dance Regional Finals, competing against some of the area's most talented dancers. They performed beautifully, and their group dance, Suess, qualified for the National All England Dance Finals, where they will compete against dancers from across England.
We are immensely proud of their achievement and wish them the very best of luck at the Nationals!

LPA at Eastbourne Carnival!! 🥁
Our incredible Langney Drummers took to the streets and absolutely rocked the Eastbourne Carnival! With their electric energy and unstoppable rhythm, they represented our school with massive pride and talent.
We are exceptionally proud of them! Thank you to all supporters and families!! 😃

Mr Field Adventurer Award
A huge congratulations to N, who has been awarded our prestigious Mr Field Adventurer Award during this year’s Blackland residential! 🌟
N has embraced every single moment of the week with enthusiasm, courage and a brilliant attitude — throwing himself into every challenge, experience and opportunity with a huge smile throughout.
From start to finish, he has truly made the most of every moment, exactly as our much-missed Mr Field would have wanted. 🤍
