With over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry, Lucy brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and expertise to our academy.

Starting her career as a nail and beauty therapist, Lucy went on to build an impressive career in account management and business development, working with industry-leading brands including Elemis, Dermalogica, and CACI International. Her experience in advanced treatments, client care, and business growth makes her an invaluable mentor to our students.

Today, as Manager of our Hove Academy, Lucy is dedicated to inspiring and supporting the next generation of beauty professionals, helping every student gain the skills, confidence, and industry knowledge they need to succeed.

When she’s not at the academy, Lucy is a proud new mum to her little boy and loves spending quality time with family and friends. 💙
