Hello, my name is Alex welcome to my business page- First4Aid Training. I come to your business premises or chosen venue and deliver a range of first aid courses. I had a long training career in the airlines training many subjects to crew including my favourite, First aid. I have a real passion for delivering this life skill subject and so after delivering first aid courses for a national company

NEW FOR SEPTEMBER 2026- ANAPHYLAXIS & ALLERGY AWARENESS TRAINING.

From September 2026, schools in England must have allergy awareness training in place for all staff as part of the new statutory allergy safety requirements introduced following Benedict’s law.

Annual allergy awareness training will be mandatory for school staff.

My 2 hour in house course covers recognition, auto injector use, emergency response and practical scenarios.

Certificates are provided for all attendees.

I enjoyed visiting one of my regular customers this weekend- Rockatots Nursery. 👶
I have been there 3 times now as they have a number of staff members and they train 100% of their staff in Paediatric first aid. This ensures all staff around the children have the ability to act quick if a child needs important and potentially life saving first aid. 🩹 ⛑️

My Blended Paediatric course is a great option for educating new staff members and keeping existing staff members confidence levels up.
Blended meaning it consists of 6 hours e-learning and then 6 hours with me in the classroom.

It’s a popular choice for Nurseries, schools, child care providers etc and compliant with the department of education early years statutory framework.

Place up to 12 staff members on the course.

Hi 👋 I’m going to start a monthly Q&A post containing real questions asked on my courses 🙋.

I really enjoy your questions it means the learners are really engaged. It also means they and sometime myself are learning new information too. If it’s a very uncommon question and I don’t know the answer I always endeavour to find out the answer to share with the group before I leave.

I’ll share 2 or 3 each month that are less commonly asked which you may find of interest too! If you don’t already, follow me to see more in the future.

Group courses are good value this includes small groups too with my small group discounts. A course was delivered today for just 2 delegates, for a small course we don’t need a large space to train either. It’s more personable with tailored pace and less pressure. Colleagues or friends are together and strong support is gained from peers.
