Let’s talk fibre🥦

Fibre is a food group that is forgotten about too much when it comes to dropping body fat. I would go as far to say fibre is just as important as protein when it comes to dropping weight!

Here is how to do the perfect deadlift🏋️‍♀️

Teaching Points:

❣️bar over shoe laces to start
❣️feet shoulder width apart and hands just out past the legs
❣️lift up from the hamstrings thinking about pushing the floor away from you
❣️no arching the back, keep from your hips to head in a straight line
❣️lead with the hips hinging back and keep the bar in nice and close to your legs at all times

All of these teaching points are not only going to make it work the correct muscle groups but also protect you from injuring your back😁

Having an injury doesn’t always mean you can’t progress and 9 times out of 10 you can still train and work towards your desired body and mindset!

One good thing about a personal trainer is they should know alternatives and regressions of every exercise! If you have an injury or even just a ni**le we are definitely not wanting to make it worse. One thing I always say to my clients is almost always there will be enough movements you can do that won’t affect your injury to still get some full training sessions in.

Don’t wing it guys, if you have a injury and still want to train, speak to someone like myself who knows the body and knows what you can do and what to stay away from when Injured.
