Whether you are a senior looking to keep active or a junior wanting to kick-start your fitness journey, we have membership options for everyone. East Ham Leisure Centre's modernisation programme includes:

* 60 new cardiovascular stations, including treadmills, crosstrainers and exercise bikes with the most sophisticated options designed to provide an effective total-body workout.

* Access to you

r own personal fitness training programme on each piece of equipment, as well as exceptional entertainment options, with iPod/iPhone and Android integration and internet connectivity.

* A brand new group cycling studio with 17 bikes for spinning sessions led by specialist trainers.

* Refurbished and redecorated health suite, with new showers and a completely rebuilt sauna cabin.

* New changing facilities, with new showers and improved fittings in the changing areas. The disabled changing rooms have also been extensively upgraded.

What an incredible National Sports Open Weekend we had! 🏅🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, got involved, and made the weekend such a success. Your energy, enthusiasm, and support created an amazing atmosphere from start to finish.

A special shout out to our fantastic staff for all their hard work behind the scenes and throughout the weekend. You made it all possible!

And a massive shout-out to A1 Judo Club - East Ham for delivering a fantastic free taster session! 🥋

Your support and enthusiasm gave so many people the chance to try something new, and we really appreciate you being part of the weekend.

🎉 Congratulations to all of our amazing Swim School students at East Ham Leisure Centre! 🌊🏅

This week our swimmers took part in Distance Week, challenging themselves to see just how far they could swim. From our beginners to our more advanced swimmers, everyone showed fantastic determination, confidence and progress in the water.

Those reaching key milestones were awarded a well-deserved certificate and medal to celebrate their achievement. 🥇👏
