Reminiscing on this moment a few weeks ago now… Honestly couldn’t write it🤣 clearly I like living life on the edge & my kids love to keep me on my toes! Thank god it ended well šŸ˜…šŸ¤

Just a woman living her dreams, big ambitions and the determination to create the life she wants for herself and her familyšŸ¤

Feeling incredibly proud of how far I’ve come, so grateful for the people around me who support, encourage and believe in me and so excited for everything that’s still to comešŸ«¶šŸ¼

Here’s to dreaming big, backing yourself and building a life that feels like yoursšŸ¤

It’s strange looking back at a version of your life that once felt like it was never going to end!

At the time, I don’t think I fully realised just how much everything I was going through was affecting me. Mentally, emotionally and eventually.. physically too.

My hair falling out was one of the ways my body showed me just how much I was carrying😩

But I think that’s also why I can look back now and talk about these things from a completely different place.

Because life moved on. I moved on. Things changedšŸ’ŖšŸ¤

Not overnight, and definitely not in a perfectly straight line, but they did!!!

And I think sometimes when you’re right in the middle of a difficult chapter, it’s almost impossible to imagine a life outside of it.

There are parts of my life now that the version of me back then couldn’t have even imagined and I’m really bloody glad she kept going🫔

So maybe this is your little reminder that how life feels right now isn’t necessarily how life will feel foreveršŸ¤

POV: the ADHD has finally decided the living room needs sorting… Unfortunately, I was not consulted in this decision šŸ˜‚

Things I would rather be doing than cleaning the living room: literally anything.

One minute I’m moving a few things around, the next the entire contents of the room are on the floor because apparently it has to get MUCH worse before it gets better.

Some people call cleaning therapy… I am not some people šŸ˜‚

Do I enjoy it? Absolutely not. Was I ridiculously pleased with myself when it got done? Obviously šŸ˜‚šŸŒŖļø

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve thought… ā€œWho the hell do I think I am doing this?ā€šŸ˜‚

Starting businesses. Taking risks. Saying yes to things I had absolutely no idea if I could pull off….

I think we assume the people doing brave things must feel brave while they’re doing them… I definitely didn’t.

There was doubt. There were mistakes. There were plenty of ā€œwhat have I done?ā€ moments along the way.

But when I look at everything those slightly terrifying decisions led to, I realise I didn’t need to feel ready… I just needed to start and I’m bloody glad I did!

Here’s to all the things we nearly talked ourselves out ofšŸ¤

Almost one year of Brewed… and honestly, what a journey it’s been🄹

When I think back to those early mornings, turning up and wondering who would walk through the door and when they would… it’s overwhelming (in the best way) to believe how much has changed.

There were definitely quieter days. Days where I questioned whether people would find us, whether they’d come back and whether Brewed would become what I hoped it could be.

Now? People are actively choosing to come to Brewed. They’re making plans around a coffee here, meeting friends here, coming back time and time again and… most importantly, genuinely enjoying being here.. which is all I ever wantedšŸ¤

Every coffee served, every conversation, every familiar face and every new customer has played a little part in getting us to where we are today.

I’m so proud of what Brewed has become, but even more grateful for the people who have helped make it what it is. I genuinely can’t express how much I appreciate every customer, every visit & the efforts of all my staff who show up everyday and live our brewed valuesšŸ«¶šŸ¼

Almost one year in… and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s still to come🄰

Thank you for choosing Brewed. Always. x

Tell me I’m not the only one. šŸ˜‚

You know when life is absolute chaos... the to-do list is never-ending... and somehow your brain decides this is the priority?

Apparently today, it was LegošŸ¤£šŸ™ˆ

Please tell me your version in the comments because I refuse to believe this is just me. šŸ‘‡šŸ˜‚

A bit more of an honest kind of post from me today… I remember recording this and just feeling so exhausted & I’m posting it today after some chats I’ve been having with other SEN parents in hope that you’ll see it’s okay to not be okay sometimes!

Some days, being a parent to children with additional needs feels really, REALLY heavy. Not the kind of heavy people see… the quiet kind. The kind where you’re trying your absolute BEST to hold it together and you just feel useless, even though you’ve done your best🫩

Where you’re fed up, overwhelmed and your anxiety is sitting right there with you all day. It’s ā€œone of those daysā€ā€¦ where everything feels harder than it should and no matter what you try, nothing quite goes right!

If today feels like that for you, I see you. This part isn’t talked about enough, but it’s real and it’s important to talk about it to remember that you’re not failing. You’re doing more than most people will ever understand šŸ¤

Thought it was time to reintroduce myself on the internet... so here goesšŸŒŖļø

For those of you who are new here, I’m NatashašŸ¤

I’m a mum to five incredible children, a business owner, a coffee drinker, a problem solver and someone who’s learnt that life very rarely goes to plan!

Over the years I’ve built businesses that I’m incredibly proud of, but behind every one of them is a real person with a real story. There have been some amazing highs, some incredibly difficult lows and plenty of moments where I’ve wondered how I’d keep all the plates spinning.

If there’s one thing you’ll learn about me, it’s that I don’t believe life has to be perfect to be beautiful.

This page is going to be exactly thatšŸ‘‡šŸ»

The chaos.
The business.
The motherhood.
The laughs.
The hard days.
The wins.
The coffee.
The real life behind it all.

Thank you for being here and taking the time to get to know me.. I genuinely can’t wait to share more of this whirlwind with you.

If you’ve made it this far, I’d love to get to know you too. Tell me one fun fact about yourself in the commentsšŸ¤šŸŒŖļø

ā€œOnly look back to see how far you’ve comeā€šŸ„¹

I just had to jump on this trend! WOW 9 months ago our renovations started on this huge, rundown, unused building and I truly can’t believe what has been achieved in just 9 MONTHS! We’ve had an incredible group of people working their absolute socks of every single day to bring the vision of the empowered collective alive & I truly can’t put into words how much I appreciate everything!

It’s not been plain sailing by any means, we’ve learnt a lot along the way but the one thing that has been unwavering is the passion and desire to see the building come to life.. a whole new coffee shop, salon, rental space for independent beauticians/aesthetics and a whole unit out back for community use - with everything from fitness to children’s imaginative playšŸ˜

The best part? We’re just getting started šŸ˜Ž
