*الذي سوف يطبق على من هم بجريد 11العام القادم دفعة تنسيق ( 2019/2020 ) و ما بعدها*

صدرالقرار 238 من المجلس الأعلى للجامعات
بتاريخ 21/9/2015 و الذي عدل حساب مجموعة من الشهادات الأجنبية بما فيها شهادة الدبلومة الأمريكية و تم نشر هذا القرار بالجريدة الرسمية (جريدة الوقائع المصرية)في عددها رقم *242* المنشور بتاريخ 27/10/2015 و الذي تأجل تطبيقه بقرار رسمي رقم *2121* الصادر بتاريخ 28/06/2016 و تم نشره بالجريدة الرسمية و بموقع التنسيق ليطبق بدءا من تنسيق 19/20 اي علي الطلبة جريد 10 الملتحقين بالدبلومة سنة 16/17 و من أصغر منهم

1- كان الحد الاقصي للمجموع الاعتباري الكلي لطلبة الدبلومة الأمريكية من 124 للتنسيق الجامعات الحكومية و تم تغيره بموجب قرار 238 ليصبح المجموع الكلي من 100% منتقصين من نسبة sat2 من 15% ال 10% و ل sat1 من 60% الي 50% علي اعتبار أن sat1 اختبار منهج متوقع الحصول فيه علي الدرجة النهائية طبعا الوضع لا يمكن حسابه بهذه الطريقة التي لا تتناسب مع طبيعة هذا الاختبار و ذلك لأنه اختبار قدرات و مهارات خاصة لا يمكن من خلاله الحصول على Full mark .

2- تم إلغاء Bonus (حافز التفوق) و الذي يقدر بحوالي 15% من Score SAT 1 *كانت تضاف ل sat1 score مما يضيف بونص تفوق يصل الي 9% من المجموع الكلي* و بذلك يتساوى الطالب المتفوق بالطالب الغير متفوق .

3- تم تطبيق النسبة المرنة و هي احتساب النسبة بقسمة عدد طلبة كل شهادة معادلة علي حدي علي عدد طلبة الثانوية العامة مما يجعل النسبة لاي شهادة معادلة لا تتعدي 1% بحد اقصي.

و قد كانت في السابق نسبة ثابتة 5% من إجمالي المقاعد المتاحة في الكليات للتنسيق و كانت تقسم بين الشهادات الأجنبية علي حسب أعدادهم و بالتالي المقارنة في الأعداد تكون بين الشهادات المعادلة المتقاربة من بعضها البعض و ليس بينها و بين الثانوية العامة مما يصل النسبة لبعض الشهادات مثل الامريكان أو ال IG ما بين 2% ال 2.5%
و بالتالي تطبيق بند النسبة المرنة سوف يقلل عدد طلاب الدبلومة الأمريكية الملتحقين بالجامعات الحكومية بنسبة كبيرة قد تصل الي النصف أو أكثر قليلا مما يضطر جموع الطلبة الي اللجوء الي الجامعات الخاصة.

4- هناك مشكلة أخرى جميع الجامعات الخاصة و بناءا علي تعليمات مجلس الجامعات الخاصة تضع حد أدنى للالتحاق بها لجميع الشهادات و خاصة الكليات العملية مثل الطب 95% و الصيدلة و طب الاسنان و العلاج الطبيعي 90% و الهندسة 80%
و وفقا للمجموع الاعتباري الجديد لطلبة الدبلومة الأمريكية و احتسابه من 100% سوف يؤثر عليهم حيث ان اعلي محموع اعتباري متوقع الحصول عليه و بناءا علي مقارنة للمجاميع الاعتبارية المتقدمة للتنسبق الحكومي (اعلي سكورز متاحة) علي مدار العامين الماضيين لن يتعدي 93% و بالتالي تطبيق الحسبة المقترحة سيكون سبب في *حرمانهم من التقدم للطب الخاص* و تقليل فرص منافستهم مع أقرانهم من الشهادات الاخري لباقي الكليات العملية خاصة الطبية منها لأنهم سوف يقارنوا بها مع باقي الشهادات الأخرى التي لم يتم أحداث أي تغيرات جذرية بها لأنها تعتمد علي اختبارات مناهج يسهل الحصول علي الدرجات النهائية بها أو معظمها و ليس اختبارات قدرات من الصعب جدا الحصول فيها علي الدرجات النهائية علي مستوي العالم و ليس مصر فقط كما لا يصح وضع حدود نجاح و رسوب فيها في حين أنه تم إقرار حد النجاح ل sat1 ب 1050 مما يعتبر سكور عالي نسبيا.

Today is “Punish a Muslim Day”— a call for violence against Muslims that initiated in London and caused a lot of fear among the Muslim communities..

As God has brought me here in the UK just in time to witness the event, I’d like to reassure everyone that so far nothing has happened and no one has punished me (or any Muslims that I know of) in anyway.

I’d like to also reassure everyone back home that as a Muslim, I have a lot more freedom in practicing my religion in the UK than in any other country that I’ve been to (including Egypt).

Over here, i see women wearing whatever the hell they wish to wear and feeling welcome.

Over here, almost every building on campus has a prayer room equipped with everything a Muslim needs in order to never miss a prayer while at work.

Over here, mosques can be open 24/7 with activities and workshops, and without outrageously obvious policing by the government.

Over here, it’s not heaven but it’s as good as it gets given the circumstances of what’s going on in the world.

Over here, there’s still a lot of fear and suspicion, but there’s a lot of agreement that it’s not “us versus them” but rather “humanity versus whatever the hell is trying to destroy it”.

Raising awareness is one of the best uses of social media. So yes, one should post about punish a Muslim day or any other form of hatred and racism. However, one should also be reminded and remind others of the love and positivity.

Calling out racism is good but spreading fear is never a good idea.
