Here are some AQA science exam dates for the 2025 GCSE series:
Tuesday, May 13: Biology paper 1 for both combined and single science students
Monday, June 9: Biology paper 2 for both combined and single science students
Monday, May 19: Chemistry paper 1 for both combined and single science students
Friday, June 13: Chemistry paper 2 for both combined and single science students
Friday, June 20: CCEA chemistry unit 3 (Practical Theory)

Exam duration
The AQA GCSE biology paper 1 and paper 2 are both 1 hour and 45 minutes long.
