Menopause and midlife bring a few things to the party, one of them being a lower tolerance for BS or drama.

I mean, it’s tricky enough navigating brain fog, increased anxiety and what language is and isn’t acceptable in polite (or more likely GenZ) society.

Then there's how to juggle the boomers and alphas without throwing your hands in the air saying ‘fk it it’s too hard I’m outta here!’
