I’ve worked almost exclusively with women throughout my whole career as colleagues, clients and mentors. I know the importance and value to me of my tribe and the part they play in lifting me up and I them.

But when we turn on each other … Ooph! 😫

As much as we’ll gripe about men, it’s women that usually inflict the greatest wounds on each other.

Our first heartbreaks are often our childhood bestie going off to play with our playground nemesis.

Your best mate snogging that boy you fancy in year 9.

The judgement of school mums over whether you stay at home or work full time.

We can be brutal to one another … Yet have the capacity for so much empathy, compassion and kindness.
