Injury ALERT!!!
I think I might have overdone it... my hands absolutely ache.
Between typing all day at work and then coming home to tie knots or fold paper, then factoring in that I've recently started attending the gym again and am grabbing and throwing weights about, my hands are really suffering.
What do you do to treat your digits? What do you recommend for such aches and pains?

Can you tell what it is yet?

Having planned to only make 10 sets of my quilled Christmas cards I'm having to rethink due to my already having sold ALL 10...

I know its only September but I'm already sooo busy with Christmas orders... I plan to make some more sets but am not sure how many as yet; if you would like a set please order asap to avoid disappontment.

Two of my favourite people had their birthdays recently and I made them their own individualised cards...
