The children have been asking to go and see some animals. They were keen to see a giraffe and an owl! We didn’t manage the giraffe but we saw snakes, lizards, tortoises, parrots, guinea pigs, a giant rabbit and an owl!

We’ve been welcoming some new little friends to play over the last two weeks, which has been so lovely! We’ve got wet in the garden; explored the woods and parks; and worked together to harvest, prepare and eat some tasty spuds.

A few photos from our summer holidays so far. Lots of lovely adventures, and fun playing with our friends at home too.

The children have been taking care of our vegetables, giving them water and pulling out weeds over the past few months. Today we harvested our first sack of potatoes! We were so excited to dig for them like treasure, and to see how huge or tiny they could be! Thankfully we managed to find plenty to eat with our lunch. 😋🥔🥔😋
