.niall reached out to me September 9th. We had a super quick turnaround as the intent was to compete October 25th. Together we drafted a realistic training schedule and Niall set to work.

The goal for October was simple: immerse yourself in the environment, soak up the energy which is (let’s face it) unrivalled whenever you step onto the platform for the FIRST time.

Reflection post R series 5. We now have all this data generated from our first rodeo, let’s use it to move forward and grow.

R series 6 (February 28th) Niall took to the platform again

The goals were:
200kg deadlift on the platform
Achieve PBs on second attempts
Competition recap: S: 135⚪️/145⚪️/155❌ B: 97.5⚪️/102.5⚪️/107.5⚪️ D:185⚪️/195⚪️/200⚪️
increased overall total by a 👀 comfortable margin 🧈

Niall has a tremendous work ethic and I am incredibly proud to be in his corner.

Still pretty new to the coaching scene but today I left feeling v grateful helping someone bank their goals
