This time last year, CJ started his gym journey with the goal of losing weight and more importantly, feeling good overall.

🟣16 week update:🟣

Sam has been working very hard over the last 4 months and has done fantastic 🙌

16 weeks in and has just over 20kg off (3.1 stone) which is incredible!

Client testimonial:

I started the gym because I wanted to get rid of my bad habits and to loose weight. I also wasn’t sure on what sort of training plan to use or what my diet should consist of so that’s why I texted Sam. I have followed Sam and the gym for quite a while and seen some of the previous results and thought I’d give it a go…

At the start I found the training difficult as well as the diet, but I quickly got used to it and started to really enjoy it… I’m extremely happy with my progress so far. Didn’t think I’d stick it as long as I have but I’m glad I did!

I feel and look a lot better than I thought I would at this stage and would recommend anyone sitting on the fence about starting to just do it!
