✨Free up screen time with some Goddess time in what ever way fills up your cup.

Today I got the nudge to go for a walk around the Loch.

So glad I listened, it was so beautiful.

I also realised how it’s so easy to take what I have on our door step for granted. 🫣

A little more grateful for so much than I was before I went for my walk.

And now I feel pretty amazing if am honest.

Feeling grateful, content and peaceful is such a good vibe, isn’t it! 😀👌

This morning I noticed this HORRIBLE
feeling and in dropped my insight!

This horrible “ feeling” is letting me know ( SEE) that I’m going against my inner well being “ 🤣🙌

I felt the urge to write and while writing I noticed how I felt so peaceful calm centred.

The horrible feeling just disappeared.

I didnt do anything to promote any change of feeling.

It’s when I noticed it and now I’m seeing how SIMPLE it is, it’s so easy to miss it.

So now I’m seeing all HORRIBLE feelings as a blessing in disguise.

Once upon a time I would have spent so much time discecting this feeling 😊…

I’m not interested in content of the thinking, that to me now makes no sense.

What makes sense is …
I feel calm centred playful graceful and I want to share this with you 🙏🏻💕

I’ve come to SEE that we each have our own way to come back HOME.

There is no one magical formula. Our own Soul knows the way and what’s the best way for us each to find that way to that good feeling more of the time.

If you want that of course 🤣🤣

Ps this dropped in while I was making my porridge this morning.

I noticed the horrible feeling and my insight arrived.

I can’t unsee what I’ve seen🙏🏻😊🥰…

Filling up my cup with nature, fresh air and so much beauty.

Not to mention another cup with latte and a delious cake🤣

the young virgin, the nurturing and loving mother and the crone/sage wise women.

Brigit is a fiery Goddess who tirelessly protects all who call upon her, and she’s a feminine counter part to Archangel Michaels warrior energy.

Brigit’s temple is in Kildare, Ireland. She’s celebrated worldwide on February 1.

The ancient scared day called ‘Imbolc’ which marks the beginning of spring time and increasing light.

When the trees are still bare it’s not a normal season to rush in with your goals.

Although the conditioning is

“oh it’s a new year so let’s do XYZ “…

And yet the trees are still bear! 🤔

Nature reminds us,this is a natural time to go more within -relax and tune in to your own soul again.

All the resolutions the goal setting and trying to get a fire in your belly really doesn’t make sense in winter.

Does it?

I’m tuning into my own soul with my life and business and guiding my clients to do the same!

Allowing for the rest time and remembering although we can’t see it, there’s still so much growth under ground going on.

I felt guided to bless every where with prosperity insense. ( oooh the room smells and feels Devine)

It then came to me to bless my home and every one who enters it with prosperity and love 👌🙏🏻

Then I moved on to my home office blessing my website ( work in progress will reveal soon) 😁and for every client call over zoom every post I write ( channel ) 🫠blogs ect every thing that anyone that reads …
