😴 Struggling with your child’s sleep? You’re not alone.

Sleep is fundamentally important for every part of our lives; mood, behaviour, concentration, learning… everything feels trickier when tired and everything starts with a good rest. If your child (or you!) aren’t sleeping well, the golden rule is: sleep first.

This coming Monday & Tuesday, we’re running a deep dive Sleep Training session for parents. This isn’t about calm bedrooms or cosy bedtime routines, well we do go over this, but it’s about understanding why sleep has become a problem, retraining your child’s body for better sleep, and helping them learn to sleep independently.

This one is for all the tired adults out there:
✅ Those dreaming of a little time to themselves in the evening
✅ Those being woken through the night
✅ Those ready to finally get the sleep they need

It’s a bit of effort, but parents who’ve done it tell us: it’s life-changing.

📅 When: Monday 8th & Tuesday 9th @ 12.30pm next week
💤 Topic: Sleep training for children & young people
✨ Because everyone deserves a good night’s sleep.
