When we are facing difficult times, separation and distance from people and resources, the simple pleasure of looking at and growing our own plants in our home spaces can be rewarding and uplifting. Whether on a window ledge, conservatory, patio, garden or allotment, the reward can be the same. We can be creative and active, enhancing and contributing to the environment around us, as well as experiencing what nature can give back to us with it's beauty, tranquillity and produce.

As experienced by organisations such as 'Rewilding Britain'' and 'Knepp Rewilding' the impact of 'letting go' of our environment is profound, nature corrects the balance and there is harmony in the ecosystem once again.
