One frame from the footage I received from helping a friend with their research project.
It's good to see an image of my blocks start to critique it. I will work on increasing hip extension before the in-season arrives.

I find it interesting to compare foods that promote themselves as being 'high in protein', against normal foods.
When comparing these noodles I found the 'protein' noodles are much more expensive (£8 per kg), than the normal noodles (£3.34 per kg).
The normal noodles also have more protein than the 'protein noodles'.
It's good to look at the nutritional information of products, and think about your goals (and your bank balance) before buying.
The protein noodles are very low in calories compared to the normal noodles, makes me wonder what they're made of.🥡

Not planning on posting about food but thought I'd share my lunch.
Made with a conglomeration of un-fresh food in my cupboards😅
I roasted sweet tattie chunks in the over, cooked quinoa, then threw it together with raw kale, cucumber, pumpkin seeds, cashews, cheese and topped with spicy chutney.
Seasoned with Salt, pepper and smoked sweet paprika🔥
