Good morning,
I just wanted to confirm that driving lessons are going ahead as normal There is a much lower risk of infection during a driving lesson than visiting the supermarket, coffee shop, bus journey provided guidelines are followed.

As always the car will be clean and disinfected before your lesson, and between each lesson. From yesterday I need all students to confirm they are well (no new cough/high temperature) on the day of the lesson. I will ensure I'm well on the day too. You will be expected to wash your hands, if possible, before you enter the car.

So hopefully you can relax and look forward to your lesson today. 😊👍🚘
Coronavirus is also affecting driving tests. Please be aware your test may be cancelled short notice due to examiners in self isolation. If you have to self isolate on the day of your test you will receive a refund or new booking.

TO ALL PUPILS

In light of the advice being given regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19), I would just like to reassure my pupils that I have hand sanitiser in my vehicle, which I would encourage everyone to use.

I will be wiping down the steering wheel, gear stick etc with anti bacterial wipes prior to every lesson.

By doing this, I hope it will help to decrease the chances of catching or spreading the Coronavirus.

Please continue to wash your hands and take any preventive measures yourself. Check out the NHS website for guidelines.

If you are suffering from a cough, fever or muscle aches, please use your common sense and cancel your lesson. Please also notify me that you wish to cancel.
