It’s been a great week as everyone across our trust schools has returned following the half term break! Lots of exciting activities have been taking place- Lutley Year 6 pupils have been on a residential, Hurst Hill’s Year 2 pupils have been visiting Dudley Zoo, and Priory’s Year 6 girls competed at Netherton Cricket Club and finished in an amazing 3rd place! 🎉🥉

We are looking forward to what else is in store for the rest of the Summer term across our Trust schools 🌞

HENRY sessions are continuing at schools across our Trust, with parents praising the content and resources they have received. One parent, who attended sessions at Gig Mill school, shared with us that they:

"Went away feeling more empowered, taking a more holistic approach when dealing with challenging behaviours going forward. The information and handouts that were available were wonderful reads and gave me tools, strategies and agencies to support my parenting journey."

If you’re a parent and would like to find out more, or sign up to attend a HENRY course, please visit bit.ly/4myzHjq

🌟 A Big Thank You to Our Hales Valley Trust Family! 🌟

Thank you to all of our wonderful families, pupils, staff and teachers for your hard work, positivity and support throughout this half term.

We’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved — both big and small.

We hope you all get the chance to rest, recharge and enjoy the upcoming half‑term break- you’ve truly earned it. 💛

We are so excited to announce that 3 of our trust schools have received brand-new minibuses!

These will be used to give our children access to learning outside the classroom, trust events, sporting competitions and more.

A big thank you to those across the Trust who made this happen.

Year 6 children across our Trust schools have been taking their SATs this week.📚

Statutory assessments represent just a small part of the picture and can never fully reflect the unique strengths, personalities and talents of our pupils but we’ve been hearing from schools across the trust about how their pupils have tried their best, demonstrating maturity and resilience during a challenging week.

Now that SATs are almost over, we hope that all our year 6 pupils have a fantastic end to their primary school journey over the coming weeks. We know there are lots of exciting activities planned across our schools, including end of year shows.🎭

Congratulations Year 6- we are so proud of each and every one of you! ⭐
