⭐️ Forfar Championships ⭐️

Another super day for the school. We had Orlaith, Hunter, Harper, Callie and Isla all dancing in the primary section! All the ages were combined together so they each did fantastic getting beautiful medals!!

A special mention to Lottie who danced in her first ever beginners competition, having to learn 4 new dances from primary is not easy and she managed to get her first stamp!! Woohoo!

More fantastic results from Sophie who was getting up the line yet again with a tough group!!

Both Iona and Maisie took home trophies!!! 🏆 super effort girls xx

A big congratulations to Maisie who won her first intermediate groups for the Highland section having only just started at Blairgowrie the week before!!! Absolutely smashing it!

So proud of you all!! Keep up the good work x

🏆Monikie Competition🏆

Well done girls who competed at Monikie on Saturday! Ella, Iona, Lily-Jane, Lexi and Lydia!

Ella competed her first intermediate competition and received her first stamp!!! Well done

Iona received really good marks in the Novie too coming home with a beautiful shield! Another super day!

Lexi was 3rd overall in the Beginners and received her first shield!! Amazing effort! Well done!

Lily-Jane competed for the first time ever in the beginners section and also managed to get her card stamped!!! Congrats 🙌🏻

Lydia competed in the primary section and managed to get a first for her fling!!!! 2 seconds and a 4th.

We love seeing them all manage solo and having a fun day together! Thank you for helping LJ at her first competition! Super team 🫶🏼

⭐️Dancer Drive Friday 25th September!!! ⭐️

Drumlithie Village Hall

Doors open 6.30pm to start 7pm sharp!! Please bring cash as there will be a raffle and extra little fundraisers on side!

Dancer drive is our own version of “Beetle Drive” with the same rules to play as I’m sure many of you long ago played at school!!

You will sit at tables of 4 and take turns rolling a dice. 🎲 the game will be explained on the night and the game sheets will be marked out how to play and rules (simple enough)

The first person to complete their drawing of the dancer in the hall will win that game! There are 9 games! With a refreshment break halfway for a fine piece 🍰 and cuppa!!

⭐️ Blairgowrie Highland Games ⭐️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

A fantastic day at Blairgowrie Highland Games for Hunter, Harper, Sophie, Flora, Iona, Maisie, Lexi and Ella. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They had all had such an amazing games season and this was the last one of the year for these dancers. We are so proud of you all. Working hard to achieve these beautiful medals and trophies. But they all have the best fun together making memories.

Excellent results from each of the girls all achieving their own goals.

Special shoutout to Sophie who won her beginners section and to Maisie who competed in her first Intermediate comp where she danced a jig and HP for the first time. ⭐️⭐️

We are now looking forward to some indoor comps before the end of the year. Keep working hard girls 🩷🩵💜💚💙♥️🩷

👑⭐️ Braemar Gathering ⭐️👑🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Hollie attended the Braemar gathering for the first time after being accepted to dance. Danced in an 11 and under age group and came away with fantastic results.

Hollie also attended 3 of the Grampian games during the summer which gave her points for the Grampian games league and she came a brilliant 6th overall in the juvenile league. ⭐️

Hollie saw HRH King and Queen and got to experience the busy day of Braemar gathering. What a cool experience and what a wonderful way to end the games season for 2026. 🩷

✨ Cowal Highland Gathering ✨

The biggest weekend in Highland dancing. Hollie travelled to Cowal to compete in the Scottish Open championship on Thursday and the Scottish National Championship on Friday
We are delighted to say Hollie won both.

What an absolute incredible two days for Hollie.
Competing with the best of the best from all over the world. ✨Commonwealth Champion ✨ 👑

Wow, what a morning that was! Hollie is the 2026, 9years Commonwealth Champion.

We couldn’t be more delighted. The group was absolutely amazing and the dancers put on such a brilliant display of dancing. You should all be so proud of yourself. The level you all dance at is incredible 🫶🏻⭐️

An amazing achievement Hollie. We couldn’t be more proud of your work ethic and how you go in and do your best each time! One day at a time. Keep up this brilliant work Hollie 🙏🏻⭐️🩷

⭐️ Strathardle Highland Games ⭐️

What a super Saturday these girls have had at the highland games. The sun was shining and they have all had the most fun once again. Heard there was great dancing all round, and just lovely to see lots of progress being made.

Harper and Hunter had some super results in their primary section. Always a strong group of primaries and the girls both do so well amoungst these super wee dancers ⭐️⭐️

Lexi gained yet another stamp on her beginner card. Much improved results today, managing 2 seconds. Everyday is an improvement ⭐️

Sophie won her beginners section. Always working so hard and shining in these beginner groups. Keep it up Sophie ⭐️

Maisie was her novice group section winner and also OVERALL Novice winner. A great achievement. Making great improvements and working hard ⭐️

Iona has had a super dancing spell recently and was the winner of her novice group also. Great work Iona. Keep it going, lots of improvements in your dancing ⭐️

💫 SDTA CHAMPION 💫

We are so pleased Hollie won the 9years SDTA championship on Saturday. Hollie has competed recently with dancers from all parts of the world and Scotland and it’s wonderful for her to dance alongside such talented dancers 🤍

Great work Hollie. Always putting your best foot forward in everything you do. We are all so pleased for you. One day at a time. 🙏🏻⭐️

Hollie also won joint under 16 years overall championship winner ⭐️🩷
