Welcome to Arbor!

St Joesph’s Catholic Primary School is using Arbor and has set up an account for you.

From September 2026, the school will stop using Weduc to communicate with parents and carers, instead, we will use Arbor for emails and in-App messages.

To finish creating your account, you just need to set a password. You can do this by going to

https://st-josephs-catholic-primary-school-aylesham.uk.arbor.education/

Clicking on ‘Forgotten Password?’ and following the instructions on screen.

Your username is the email address that is registered with the school.

Once you have completed the step above, please download the Arbor app from your app store and log in using your email address and the password you created. You must not log into the app before setting your password via the web link above.

Potential issues registering your account may include:
no email address held on the school system for a parent/carer;
incorrect email address held on the school system for a parent/carer;
duplicate email address registered on the school system for two or more parents/carers (we advise individual email addresses for each parent/carer).

If you have trouble setting up your password or have general questions about the Parent Portal, visit this Help Centre article.

For any other queries, please contact the school office on [email protected].

Please note, all payment items will remain in ParentPay until further notice.

Thank you for your co-operation during this transition.

Kind regards,

School Office

📖 A huge congratulations to all of the families who have already signed up and started taking part in the National Read Aloud Challenge.

📕 Your enthusiasm and commitment to reading are helping our school achieve something truly special!

⭐️ We are currently sitting in 7th place on the national leaderboard – an amazing achievement, but with your help we can climb even higher!

🏆 🏆 Let's not forget that we are the National and Regional Champions from last year 🏆🏆.

We would love to defend our titles and show once again what an incredible reading community we have.

If you haven't signed up yet, there's still plenty of time to get involved. Every read aloud session counts and every family can make a difference.

📖 We would like all school books (Big Cat Reading Scheme and Library Books) retuned to school on Friday 17th July.

🔍 Please have a hunt around your homes to ensure all books are returned to school!

Many thanks

Wow! 🐧 Penguin Class you were amazing, what a treat for the children and staff to watch your first performance of ‘Ye-Ha! The Wildest Musical in the West!’

We are looking forward to welcoming families of Penguin class tomorrow for the performances at 2pm and 6pm. 🤠

📕 Fonetti is back! 📕

We will be sending out letters this week with our unique school joining code so that families can still register and children can start reading.

There is still time to join in with the Read Aloud Challenge!

Every time a child from St Joseph's reads they earn points for the school.

⭐ The more children reading, the higher we will climb up the leaderboard. ⭐

We are in this together!
