A WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY AT BECHANGE TO SUPPORT YOUR FAMILY

We Are With You is pleased to offer a one‑off, 4‑week parent‑led anxiety course, designed and delivered by our Trainee Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP). This low‑intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy programme is for parents and carers who want practical tools to support their child with worries, fears, and anxiety‑related challenges.

Over four weeks, you will explore how anxiety presents in children and young people, what maintains the anxiety cycle, and evidence‑based strategies to break it. The course includes:

• Psychoeducation on anxiety and sensory‑friendly, inclusive environments

• Skills to promote independence, positive communication, and effective coping strategies

• Guidance on supporting your child while also looking after your own wellbeing

Sessions will be held at Bechange, Aylesham, starting Monday 2nd November, 1.30–2.30pm. Tea and coffee will be provided free of charge, and all participants will receive a wellbeing bag at the end of the programme as a thank‑you for supporting the trainee CWP’s practice‑based research.

Spaces are limited.

To take part, you will need to complete a referral to the Kent Therapeutic Alliance, supported by the Trainee CWP. If you are interested, please contact Erica at [email protected] to arrange a time to complete the referral.

We’re getting ready to welcome our first young singers!

If you know a child aged 7–11 (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6) who loves singing, performing or simply wants to try something new, we’d love to see them.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
No need to read music
Just come along, have fun and SING!
