Fantastic workshop last week. Great to meet some lovely people and see the interesting art work they produced. An added bonus was seeing the semi-wild horses on Stanpit Marsh grazing across the water in the early morning mist. Time flew by.

Yesterday’s afternoon light and colours from the studio. Perfect for observing and trying to record cloud formations in watercolour.

To have this wonderful place to draw/paint must be a God send.
Huge windows and a balcony perfect to sit overlooking a beautiful stretch of water and its changing light. A place of nature and tranquility, where the two rivers, Avon and Stour meet in Christchurch harbour. #

A perfect evening walk to The Noisy Lobster. Christchurch Dorset.

First design finished of four hand painted seat covers to renovate my dining chairs. The inspiration came from french painter Raoul Dufy and the fresh green colours of spring walking in the woods from Avon Beach to Highcliffe Castle, Christchurch.
