What does it take to be a Sauna Master in 2026?

Habia is delighted to be part of a panel at tomorrows Summit in Brighton.

As the UK sauna sector expands rapidly, questions about professionalism, safety and consistency are becoming impossible to ignore. The panel will discuss it all - what high quality sauna practice actually looks like, how skills and knowledge are developed, and what the future of sauna professionalism in the UK could be.

On the panel will be our CEO , International Bath Academy, Tuhka Talo Sauna and Latvian Pirts Sauna Master and it will be moderated by Deborah Carr of the British Sauna Society.

From workforce standards to international training traditions this is a multi-dimensional conversation about where the sector is heading, without losing what makes sauna culture so rich.

We very proud to be working with Jacqueline Taylor the founder of , she promotes natural CBD products. Jacqueline began her career as a beauty therapist before retraining as a teacher then returning to the beauty industry.

We’re proud to endorse Jacqueline’s course, this covers comprehensive professional education that is to be studied before introducing CBD to the treatment menu.

The training provides essential knowledge and understanding on what it is and what it isn’t. Learn about Cannabidiol (CBD) h**p derivative and how it can provide anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and calming effects, achieved through a treatment protocol or with retail products. This can be an additional service to enhance treatment options.
