We’re proud to say we work with some of the best educators and trainers, it’s such a privilege to partner them and see up close the high quality training they provide.

Last week we had a post on Linked In from Amanda Winwood - a hugely experienced and respected partner in the beauty and spa industry.

After seeing how supportive and robust our endorsement process is, with detailed feedback and alignment with National Occupational Standards (NOS), Amanda wrote ….

‘’ How refreshing!

In a world where some organisations can apparently ‘accredit’ a course in just a couple of days, it raises an important question….

What does accreditation actually mean if nobody has truly looked at the content?

For us, the education is far too important to become a tick-box exercise, and that why we love working with Habia.

Every therapist who invests their time and money into learning deserves to know their training has been rigorously assessed. Every client deserves the confidence that the therapist treating them has received education that has been properly scrutinised. And every training provider deserves a fair, knowledgeable and robust review process.

Quality takes time.

It takes people who ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions, review every detail and genuinely care about standards.

That’s why I want to recognise the wonderful people behind the scenes who rarely receive the recognition they deserve. Lorraine at Habia and her meticulous attention to detail and expertise, alongside Emma Williams commitment to raising standards across our profession, demonstrate exactly what meaningful endorsement should look like.

When we raise the quality of education, we raise the quality of care

Ultimately, that’s what matters most.

Here’s to organisations that’s choose integrity over speed, substance over shortcuts, and excellence over convenience.

Together, we can continue to build a more professional, compassionate and trusted wellness industry. ‘’

THANK YOU Amanda, for recognising that we work so hard to recognise high quality training, and to champion high standards across this wonderful sector.
