🌟Valerie Rushby Award 2025 – Hilda Muddiman-Rawlins🌟

This award is in memory of Miss Valerie Rushby, who was both mine and Miss Nat’s dance teacher. Miss Rushby sadly passed away in 2021 and we miss her dearly. Miss Rushby always loved students who were not afraid to give things a go and Hilda shows this quality in every class. Hilda approaches her dancing with enthusiasm and bravery and is always willing to try something new. Her face lights up when she is dancing and performing and her confidence continues to grow each time she comes to class. Hilda is a truly deserving recipient of this award and was chosen by both myself and Miss Nat! This is a rare occasion and shows Hilda has been a SUPERSTAR this year!

Never change, Hilda! We love you!

Auntie Ann’s Trophy- Ruth Turpin

Auntie Ann watches every class as we all know!This year she has noticed the huge improvement Ruth has made. While we always look at progress in technique and dancing, Ruth’s greatest growth has been in her confidence. She has shown more courage and a willingness to step outside her comfort zone! This has made a real difference to her dancing and attitude! Ruth’s progress this year has been a pleasure to watch and she should be very proud of how far she has come. Fabulous work Ruth!

Juvenile/ Junior Trophy- Ava Canavon

Ava is a hardworking member of the older class who has really pushed herself this year, especially with her limbering. She shows great determination and is always keen to improve. Ava has been noticed for the lovely way she works with her dance friends, offering support and encouragement and she is also a great role model for the younger classes who often ask for her help. Her positive attitude, kindness, and willingness to help others make her a pleasure to teach and a valued part of the school. Keep this up Ava!

Baby Trophy 2025- Elsie Kelly

Elsie is a wonderful member of the our Baby Ballet class. She consistently shows a positive attitude to learning and works very hard in all activities classes! She always listens carefully, and follows instructions with great care. Elsie comes into class each week happy, settled, and ready to learn and she is a joy to teach. Her kind nature and cheerful personality are why both myself and Miss Nat chose her for this years trophy!

5:00pm-5:15pm Private Lesson Slot 1
5:15pm-5:30pm Private Lesson Slot 2
5:30pm-6:15pm Juvenile/ Junior Tap Class 6+
6:15pm-6:30pm Private Lesson Slot 3
6:30pm-7:30pm Adult Tap Class

Private Lessons are by invitation only. These can be for solos, duets, trios, exam work etc. There will be a list in the private forum weekly so please check. If you are interested in a private lesson, please let myself or Miss Nat know and we can have a look at the timetable.

Please can I ask that children bring the correct uniform especially shoes. We do have spares available at times but they are not always correct sizes
