Before Christmas my little grandson had his one year well-baby check and it included a few vaccines. 😢 Normally my DIL has used TCRP (The children’s reflexology program) pre and post vaccination routines when he has had them but due to some schedule insanity she hadn’t realised he was having any that day.

He was VERY unhappy after these particular ones and cried for a few hours. He finally cried himself to sleep only to wake up after about an hour screaming before he even opened his eyes. 😭 Poor little fella was completely inconsolable. 💔

I was at the treatment room so offered to talk her through the routine to save her the hassle of hunting the leaflets out.

She got just halfway through the routine and he smiled and giggled at her kissing his toes!! 😊😍 For the second half of it he was cooing and babbling happily!!

It was the most dramatic and swift result I’ve ever seen in a baby/toddler!! From being completely inconsolable for hours; he returned to his smiley, cuddly self in the space of the fifteen minutes it took to run through a simple kid reflexology routine! 👣

PRECIOUS FEET!! 🫶🏻

These are one of my favourite little sets of feet! I’m looking forward to doing some reflex on these precious little feet over the months and years to help with various things.

Did you know that no one is ever too young for reflexology? I am specially trained in children’s reflexology and an instructor to teach parents and carers how to use it on their little ones.

I’ve seen some fantastic outcomes with a seven year old, an eleven year old and a couple kids at the start of puberty. All saw significant improvement on various conditions following reflexology with essential oils.

Hi All! Just an update to say that I offer kids reflex classes mainly one on one now. Or if you have a couple friends we can arrange it together for your group.

I’ve stopped scheduling classes because everyone always wanted different days and times. So it is now a bespoke class just for you and your child. 🤱🏻👣

A very special set of toes today! 🥰 This precious scan photo of our first grandchild’s feet as he was evidently trying to kick the ultrasound away! 😉

So yes, for anyone who doesn’t know yet, we are looking forward to welcoming our first grandchild into the family in November this year. 🥰

I am a little sad that I don’t get to pamper my lovely daughter-in-love with pregnancy massage and pregnancy reflexology due to a pesky ocean in the way. 😔 However, we will be flying over to see them and meet this precious addition next winter.

I am planning to take a full set of the Kids Reflex books and parents instruction leaflets and start this little ones journey with reflexology for health for life!

By leaving the leaflets and books I can also continue use teaching his parents how to use reflex on him via video call. I’ve done the entire course with parents this way before during the lockdowns.
