New College Doncaster

Uniformed Protective Service students were invited to RAF Wittering to understand the layout and lifestyle of an RAF base. They visited the Heritage Centre, had a go at the flight simulators and listened to a variety of talks from a Warrant Officer, Regiment, RAF Police and various engineering sections.

Uniformed Protective Services students attended the annual visit to London to explore the Imperial War Museum to gain knowledge on conflicts from WW1 to present day. Students then completed a walking tour of London, visiting many landmarks and also experiencing tube strikes.

Health & Social Care and Early Childhood Development students visited Sheffield Hallam University for a Health Masterclass, touring facilities and exploring health topics and services. They also joined a Childhood Masterclass, learning key concepts in child development.
