🤩💙A huge thank you to all who supported our fundraising events over the summer term. From the generosity of everyone who visited our summer fayre, the ice-lolly sales and the tuck shops, we have raised over £1500 for our children (and we still have enough to have a few more tuck shops to add to it!)

It really does make a difference to the children as all the money goes towards making a difference to their learning environment and one of our first jobs next academic year is to buy some colourful beanbags for use in the library area and some outdoor learning equipment! 🌳🌻

💙⭐️ Today we said goodbye to our amazing Y6 children who we proudly sent on their way to their next adventures. We are so impressed with how they have left with dignity and a real positive attitude to take forward to secondary school. We hope they had an amazing night out together and wish them every success for the future 🎉🎉🍀

🎶 What an incredible celebration of music! 🎶

A huge congratulations to all of our pupils and staff for putting on such a fantastic Music Assembly. Every class took to the stage with confidence, enthusiasm and talent, showcasing the wonderful musical experiences taking place across our school.

From energetic raps and beautifully played glockenspiels to colourful boomwhacker performances, every act was a joy to watch. We were also treated to some outstanding performances from our pupils who receive guitar and keyboard lessons, who gave us a brilliant rendition of Billie Jean. Their confidence and musicianship were truly impressive!

We are so proud of every child who performed and grateful to our staff and music teachers for inspiring a love of music in our pupils. The hard work, dedication and teamwork on display made for a memorable assembly and reminded us of the power of music to bring us all together.

Well done, everyone—you were amazing! 🎵👏🎸🎹🪘

💙⭐️ Our Year 6 pupils have been making the most of their final days at BPS with some very special activities to celebrate the end of their primary school journey.

The children enjoyed returning to Foundation Stage, where it all began. It was a lovely trip down memory lane, bringing back happy memories and reminding them just how far they’ve come over the years.

They also took part in the traditional staff vs Year 6 rounders match, which was full of laughter, friendly competition and great sportsmanship.

A huge thank you to Rev Liz who joined Year 6 for a special picnic and took time to reflect on their journey through primary school as they prepare for the exciting transition to secondary school. It was a lovely opportunity to pause, share memories and celebrate everything they have achieved together.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of our Year 6 pupils and wish them every success and happiness as they begin the next chapter of their journey. 🌟💙

🎉🪩☀️ What a lovely evening we had at our Summer Disco! ☀️🪩🎉

There was plenty of fun to be had as everyone enjoyed dancing, tucking into hot dogs, sweet treats, glitter tattoos and taking on the inflatable obstacle course. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces making the most of a beautiful summer evening.

A special mention goes to our amazing Year 6 pupils, who looked fantastic as they celebrated their final school disco with us. It was a lovely way to round off their time at BPS and create a few more memories with friends before they head off to secondary school. 💙✨

A huge thank you to all of our staff who helped make the evening such a success. We hope everyone had a wonderful time! 🌟
