We are delighted to have been invited to cater at the Tarland Food & Music Festival serving a takeway lunch from Goa. You can choose from either of these authentic Goan menus..

Xacuti chicken, Dal Fry, steamed rice and a vegetable pakora. Goa’s signature dish is Xacuti chicken (pronounced sha-kooti) made with roasted fresh coconut and our very own Xacuti masala. Served with a delicious mixed lentil Dal, steamed rice and a crunchy sweet potato and courgette pakora.

Vegetable Caldinho, Dal Fry, steamed rice and a vegetable pakora. A lightly spiced vegetable curry with coconut milk (a Goan korma) served with a delicious mixed lentil Dal, steamed rice and a crunchy sweet potato and courgette pakora.

We'll also be at the Local Produce Market on Saturday 19th 10-1pm with recipe books, spices and/or a chat about the spice route.
