Soul Sisters has its first session this Friday 💗✨

This space is for teenage girls wanting to find a place where they can feel seen, heard and like they belong. A place where they can be themselves, embrace their uniqueness and talk about anything that interests them or that they have in their hearts.

There will be different simple activities to make it easier for us to connect, express ourselves and get to know each other.

If you or your daughter could benefit from a space like this, come and join us this Friday for our taster session. If we all connect and it feels right, this could become a space where we come together every Friday. 💗

What can we create without needing to buy it? 🌿

This was one of the questions we explored at Wild Tribe this week.

As we continue bringing our garden project to life, we’ve been looking at what is already around us. Fallen wood, sticks, leaves, stones, old materials… things that can so easily be seen as mess or waste can become something completely different when we give children the freedom to imagine.

We talked about leaving part of our garden wild too, allowing logs and natural materials to become homes for insects, fungi and all the little life that exists alongside us.
And as autumn begins to show itself, we went looking for its signs. 🍂 We explored, collected, noticed the changes happening around us and used some of what we found to create our own autumn pieces.

For us, learning often starts with a question rather than an answer.
What could this become? Why is this here? What lives underneath it? What happens if we leave it alone?

Those little questions can lead to creativity, problem-solving, practical skills, connection with nature and a much deeper curiosity about the world around us.
Sometimes we don’t need more things. We just need to look differently at what is already there. 🌱

🍂✨ Wild Tribe Halloween Adventures ✨🎃

This October half term, we’re opening Wild Tribe for three days of culture, creativity, nature and a little autumn magic.

Each day will take us into the stories and traditions connected to this time of year, exploring how different people and cultures have celebrated the changing seasons, remembered those who came before them and created the traditions we still know today.

🎃 Tuesday 27th — Where does Halloween come from?
We’ll explore some of the history, stories and traditions behind Halloween and how they have changed over time.
🌼 Wednesday 28th — Día de los Mu***os & Día de Todos los Santos
We’ll travel through Mexico and Spain, discovering different traditions for remembering and honouring loved ones and ancestors through flowers, candles, stories, symbols and celebration.
🌙 Thursday 29th — Samhain
We’ll explore the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, its connection to the changing seasons and nature, and some of the traditions and stories surrounding this magical time of year.

And, of course, we’ll explore all of this the Wild Tribe way.

There will be stories, conversations, crafts, traditional games, nature exploration and creative activities, but also plenty of freedom to play, move, explore, connect and follow their own curiosity.

We believe children learn deeply when they are interested, involved and free to be themselves. Our themes give us something to discover together, but they are never about forcing every child to sit down and do the same thing. We guide, invite and create opportunities for learning while leaving space for each child to experience the day in their own way. 🤎

At Wild Tribe, we value the freedom a child needs to grow, explore and thrive. 🌿

🌿 Wild Explorers Wednesdays 🌿

We’re already heading into our third week of the term, and it has been so lovely watching the children reconnect, make new friendships, explore, create and simply enjoy being together outdoors. 💛

Tomorrow we’re back for another Wild Explorers Wednesday, with another day of nature, adventure, creativity, play and connection waiting for us.
Wednesdays are a little different at Wild Tribe because everyone is welcome. 🌱

Our drop-off sessions are available for children aged 6+, and we also have our Parent & Child option open to all ages, so younger explorers can come along and experience Wild Tribe with their grown-up too.

We still have a few spaces available for tomorrow and would love to welcome some new faces into our little community. 🌿✨

A little glimpse into a Wild Tribe birthday 🌿🎂✨

This weekend our field was filled with children and their families celebrating, playing, laughing and making memories together. 💛

We love seeing Wild Tribe transform for birthdays, decorations, lots of space to play and explore, and a celebration that feels a little bit different.

Our Wild Tribe birthday parties are all about giving children the freedom to be children. 🌿
Games, nature, imagination, movement, connection and plenty of silliness, with the whole space there for everyone to enjoy.

It was such a lovely morning watching the field come alive with so many happy little faces. 🥰

And just a little reminder for anyone who didn't know… you can celebrate your child's birthday with us too. 🎈🌿

Why Soul Sisters? 💗

Being a teenage girl has always been difficult, but I believe this generation has it very tough.

There is so much noise around them. Social media, comparison, expectations, a world that is constantly changing, telling you who you should be, how you should look, what you should think and where you should fit.

And amongst all of that, I think it can be really difficult to find your own voice and discover who you actually are.
I think what all teenagers (and actually everyone) needs is a space where we can just be ourselves.

A place where you can find sisterhood, trust, connection and understanding. Where you can explore and discover who you are alongside others. Where you aren't judged or looked down on. Where you don't have to be anything other than yourself.

And this is why Soul Sisters exists. ✨

When I was a teenager, I was lucky enough to find a place that gave me exactly that.
I was very lost at the time, in the noise of the world and also within my own wounds, and I found somewhere I could be me. I found sisterhood, connection and people who gave me the space to discover myself. (Some of them are still my besties now 💗)

That place supported me through a really important part of my life and allowed me to become so much of who I am today.

And I would love to bring a little bit of that feeling to the teenage girls out there who might need it too. 💗
A place to come together.
To talk. To laugh. To create. To explore.
To find connection with others and, hopefully, a little more connection with themselves too.

Our first Soul Sisters trial session is on Friday 9th October, 5–6pm at the Youth Room, Cholsey Pavilion, for girls aged 12–17.

Feeling very grateful for another beautiful week at Wild Tribe 🌿💛

This week we began something that will stay with us for the rest of the year. Our Wild Tribe Garden Project. 🌱

We started by looking at the space we already have, imagining what it could become and creating our own visions and maps. There has already been lots of clearing, digging, moving, planning, creating and plenty of ideas about what might come next.

But, as always, Wild Tribe is never just about one thing.

Alongside the garden there were apples cooked over the fire with cinnamon and sugar 🍎🔥, drawings and creativity, little projects appearing along the way, play, conversations, friendships and all those spontaneous moments that happen when children have the freedom to explore their own ideas.

I’m so grateful for these weeks together and for watching the children bring their own personalities, imagination and energy into this space.

Our garden has only just begun, and I’m really excited to see what we create together over the coming months. 🌱✨

✨ Crystal Kids — a space to shine ✨

Crystal Kids is growing, and this term there are now two ways to join us, in person at the Wild Tribe field and online from home. 💛

At the heart of Crystal Kids is something simple: giving children a safe, nurturing space to discover more about who they are.

We explore emotions, intuition, body awareness and the connection between body, mind and self. Through mindfulness, meditation, movement, yoga, creativity and self-regulation practices, children can begin to understand what they feel, what they need and the tools that can support them.

There is no pressure to be a certain way. We make space for big feelings, curiosity, sensitivity, individuality, connection and simply being yourself. 🌿

✨ IN PERSON — Thursdays
At the Wild Tribe field
10:30am–3:00pm | Ages 6+
A longer, immersive day with time outdoors, in our yurt, moving, creating, connecting and exploring together.

💻 ONLINE — MONDAYS
5:00pm–6:00pm | Ages 7–12
A gentle weekly circle bringing the same heart of Crystal Kids into the comfort of home.

Different spaces, same intention: helping children feel calmer, more confident, more connected and more at home within themselves.

Our first week back at Wild Tribe for our Home Ed sessions 🌿💛

And what a lovely start to our new term!

We kicked things off with a Wild Tribe classic, bread on a stick over the fire 🔥🥖, such a blessing to be able to cook over the fire again. Alongside plenty of time for creativity, play and simply being together.

We’ve also started our garden project 🌱
Our little garden has been waiting for some love, and over the coming weeks the children will be helping us clear, prepare and slowly bring it back to life. We can’t wait to see what it becomes!

But as always, Wild Tribe is about so much more than the activities we do.

It’s about connection, community and freedom. 🌿
Time to create.
Time to explore.
Time to make friends.
Time to help each other, try something new or simply play.

Such a beautiful beginning to the term, and we already can’t wait for next week. 💛
