Turned up to my mat this morning feeling a bit sore, a bit stiff, a bit meh.
Nothing felt as open or supple as usual, so I parked the ego at the door, moved with what was actually there, softened where needed, and let the practice do its thing.

Now I feel nourished, grounded, and a whole lot more human.
Give yourself some me time today, you absolutely deserve it.😊🙏

Lately in class we’ve been leaning into introspection, that quiet internal check‑in where you scan the body, notice sensation, and ask yourself where you feel the posture.

Is it landing where it’s meant to?
Do you need to adjust, soften, or go deeper to meet the targeted muscles?

In Trikonasana, there are so many valid variations. It’s absolutely fine to bring the top hand down, to ease off the flexion, or to explore a gentler shape.

Next time you’re in the pose, tune in and ask:
Am I feeling this in the side body? the legs?
Adjust as needed then let the breath keep flowing and guide the rest. 🙏
