We are a lay association of the faithful dedicated to the service of the marginalised and committed to working for peace, reconciliation and healing We work to achieve our mission by:

providing an outreach to the marginalised of society through centres of healing, prayer and reconciliation based at Columba House (Derry), White Oaks Rehabilitation Centre, St Anthony’s Retreat Centre, IOSAS Centre

& Celtic Peace Garden (Donegal). promoting the personal, social and spiritual development of young people through the YARD Project. tackling the increasing problem of addiction and substance misuse which is laying waste to families and communities by providing education and support programmes, counselling and advice for families affected by addiction. The Community has a proven track record, open to public scrutiny, that with vision, drive and energy transformation happens. Perhaps the greatest experience the Community has is the unshakeable belief that lives can be changed and all people can be empowered and fired with self belief.

"God's love is not reserved for the perfect rather lavished upon each one of us with all our imperfections. None of us are called to be perfect right now, rather we are invited into a journey with God. A journey that starts with a single step...God calls us where we are at to start from where we are with our faults and move closer to him one day at a time. The journey of faith however small it begins, can become the pathway through which God transforms us. Let us remember that God's grace will meet us where we are."

There is nothing to fear in the act of beginning. More often than not it knows the journey ahead better than we ever could. Perhaps the art of harvesting the secret riches of our lives is best achieved when we place profound trust in the act of beginning. Risk might be our greatest ally. To live a truly creative life, we always need to cast a critical look at where we presently are, attempting always to discern where we have become stagnant and where new beginning might be ripening. There can be no growth if we do not remain open and vulnerable to what is new and different. I have never seen anyone take a risk for growth that was not rewarded a thousand times over.

Feast of The Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary 💙

At the end of her earthly life, Mary was assumed into heaven, body and soul, to live with her son Jesus Christ forever 🙏

Such a beautiful image to hold in our hearts and minds; the embrace of this moment, where Jesus reunites with his mother for all eternity ❤️

Today, we honour Mary in a special way and ask for her intercession in any area of our lives where we need her love and her grace..

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

🌟Students!🌟

Praying for all those receiving exam results today especially those who may be feeling anxious for what lies ahead.

May this powerful quote from St Theresa of Avila strengthen you as you walk forward in faith, trusting in the plan God has laid out for you:

"May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith. May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you."

You are unique. You are loved and you have a gift to give this world that makes a difference!

Congratulations to all... walk in faith!
