Such an amazing, knowledgeable and interactive day yesterday at the All Ireland Female Entrepeuer Circle....

Why did I register????

As a woman only starting out in business.. I wanted to hear how successful entrepreneurs become successful in their business..

I wanted to connect with like minded people.

Network with each other.. Collaborate with one another.

Opportunies come out of these Conferences for growth, expansion and leadership..

Funding was a big Question Mark for me????

I needed to find out the appropriate resources for funding for my line of business...

What type of funding is out there? 💰

I needed and wanted to have the knowledge, the experience and confidence to move forward..

Would I recommend going to these type of conferences????

Absolutely.....
Only speaking for myself.... And.. Only starting out start...

This Conference gave me more vitality and energy to move forward..

Listening to other people's stories. How they started and how they got to where they are now..
The beginning.. the middle and the end.. and further growth.. ✨

This Conference has given me the understanding, that all my feelings and emotions around starting a business are normal... I am not mad!!!! Lol.. 🤣

I get frustrated... I get tired. I get doubtful?
What the hell am I doing, especially at my age 60 years young???? 🤔

Listening to the inner self critic. and removing that to new limiting beliefs and staying in the NOW...

Knowing and experiencing the whole event yesterday....🍀

What did I come home away with????

I AM NOT GIVING UP !!!!
There is a big need and want for MY Services out there. A BIG NEED.... 💕

I have made connections, built friendships and most of all I totally value myself as an entrepreneur..

Its ok not to be ok....

I cannot do this on my own... I need support.
such as.. resources, collaboration, organisation, funding and like minded people..

My WHY... My PASSION...My DESIRE.....

Stays with me everyday...

Learn things. Do things and just GET OUT THERE!!!!! ✨✨✨

When it comes to toxic, or abusive relationships...

I'm often asked, what are the red flags to look out for?

Jealously, isolation from family & friends, put-downs, commenting on your clothes or asking you to change for then, grooming, timekeeping, checking your phone, blaming you for everything and anything that goes wrong.

These are all common red flags, are there any others you're aware of? Let me know in the comments and keep an eye on my stories where I'll be delving deeper into some of the issues we've discussed this week.

What is love?
Being kind, caring, loving, respectful, trustworthy, happiness, joy, bliss, loving a person for who they are.

What is not love?
Love doesn't hurt.. If someone is being disrespectful, calling names, physically harming someone, expressing anger, jealousy, torment, hate, ignorance, putting someone down or arguing incessantly.

Unfortunately it isn't uncommon for what we believe to be a loving relationship to become toxic.

Through learning to love ourselves, and identify red flags as early as possible, we CAN avoid or at least know when it is time to leave toxic relationships.
