As usual, work on our school site is busy over the summer getting the school ready for the next year. Deep cleaning across the site; roofing works at both Upper School and Lower School; painting of Little Acorns and several sections of the corridors; and work has now started on the Eco Garden and the 100th birthday mural!

Blidworth Oaks was very proud to hold their second annual Musical Showcase this afternoon, giving an opportunity to our very talented children to perform a range of different instruments to an adult audience that filled our Sports Hall! Well done everyone! 🙂

It’s award season again at Blidworth Oaks! We are looking forward to celebrating our children who have shone extra bright this year and made excellent progress in their learning and life at school. 💚

Spotlight on Year 5 - while learning about the Mayans in History the children were able to explore making their own Mayan style masks. 🙂

Our end of year Reading Arcade took place this week, where children who saved their tokens throughout the year were able to cash them in for some extra special rewards. All of the children's efforts across school have resulted in us reading a combined 95,405 times across the year! 🥳

VIP Day is well underway for the Abdy House team, with the usual red carpet glamour and excitement, and lots of fun still to come! 💛
