Massive congratulations to my boy Humayun, for stepping on stage for the first time ever in his life.
Walking away with a first call out of 12 athletes. Placing top 6. Which is a huge achievement. The stage is only a small snapshot of the journey we have endured together over the last 14 months.

Words canโt describe how incredibly proud I am of this guy. This prep wasnโt not easy by any means, the amount of hardship H has endured would have been enough to fold even top athletes. This guy just kept going and executing week upon week, he did not miss a single beat or a task that was asked of him.
He brought a sick package and got f**king shredded. This is a fine starting point for his bodybuilding journey ๐๐ผ
H that I knew 14 months ago is not the same H that stands in front of us today. I see discipline, mental strength, structure and a never quit attitude.
Well done my man, you have achieved something 99% wouldnโt even dare to try. You are a champion ๐ I am truly proud and inspired by you! ๐๐ผ

What a journey itโs been with many ups and downs. One thing you cannot fault is this guys efforts and perseverance. He dug deep, we got the job done and a physique to show for it ๐ช๐ผ

Fat loss doesnโt always look the same between individuals, some have to work for it more than others. If you are willing to apply yourself, stay disciplined and listen anything is achievable.
We got Leon in a prime position now to start adding some quality lean tissue. Time to reverse out with new plans in place and grow some tiddies.

Leon has put some solid graft in to this ๐๐ผ currently sitting 4 weeks out from a first ever shoot.
We faced some very challenging weeks in the process. Tailored our approach numerous of times, worked around the difficulties and made some solid ass progress in the run up.
The work ainโt done yet, we dig on in the coming weeks to bring a package and level of condition we havenโt been to before ๐ฅ

Left photo was taken few weeks before we got started with our training sessions and fully getting stuck in to the plans. Around 7 months of working together we made some serious progress ๐๐ผ
Me and had a conversation over the festive period. Expressing the need for wanting to be a more present for her children and grandchildren. We set plans in place, tailored foods towards palatability and overall general well being to optimise feeling and performance.
Celeste has completely changed her lifestyle in the process. We gone from sedentary to going for walks, training 3 to 4 days a week in the gym and dialling in on nutrition. She has well and truly applied her self and the knowledge I provided her.
The plans are only as good as the application and we been nothing short of that. Truly amazing to see a person get their โglowโ back and a much more positive prospect on life.
Moments like this makes me super proud doing what I do.
Work is not done yet and we are going to finish the year even stronger but for now letโs celebrate how far we come in this journey ๐

Justinโs 8 month transformation ๐ฅ
143kg - 120kg - 106kg
Total loss so far: 37kg / 81.4lbs down
Incredible work from my man. Justin is one of my PT clients having 2 sessions a week. We dived in closer on nutrition as we got deeper in to the journey to ensure we kept the rate of loss at a good rate.
Still above 2,600 calories. No major protocols just focus on steps, training twice a week with weights to build muscle and nutrition dialed in for most parts.
From never being inside the gym before we started to now. First session we couldnโt even do body weight squats now we are doing it with weights on the barbell.
Physically and mentally we are much stronger and the best part we are not done yet ๐ช๐ผ
Shoutout to this man for his relentless effort (even if he doesnโt feel like it most days, we still get it done)

Reflection of my services provided to my clients. Coaching and PT - hearing responses like this makes it all worthwhile.
Whether itโs in person sessions or online coaching tailoring approaches to each individual is absolutely necessary. To make the journey sustainable, consistent and enjoyable.
Teaching people to find enjoyment in the work we do is key. Itโs not easy getting in to shape or training hard, but building each individuals tolerance to handle intensities and ability to diet is so vital for long term success.
This is not a copy and paste service. Each client is considered for their needs and individualities. No one lives the same life and we all have different commitments and stresses going on. My job is get to known you, understand your circumstances and personally tailor the approach.

Shout out to for making great progress with his transformation ๐๐ผ
We have been working together since September on 1-2-1 sessions. On and off in that period with guidance towards his nutrition habits, activity levels and structure in his training. Given advice and push in right direction Darius has made conscious improvements to his nutrition and activity over time.
No restrictions, socials, events with family. We had a very relaxed approach and help with how to manage these over time Darius has made a sick transformation and recomposition his physique ๐๐ผ
We keep on improving week upon week now! Can safely say we are locked in ๐

Big shout out to my client Abz ๐๐ผ
We are 7 months back in to training after having around 7 years out of absolutely no training or fitness focus.
Every session, every week this man is hitting new numbers. We are pushing progression gradually, safely and the loads he can handle with good form.
When we first started we couldnโt do 10kg a side on pendulum squat and in the first session my man hit me with โis this really for me?โ
Fast forward to now 3 new PBs this week:
- Free weight squat 130kg x 5
- Leg Press 240kg x 5 (not inc machine weight)
- Pendlay Row 90kg x 10
He keeps showing up, keeps making progress and has fallen in love with the process truly!
Over 10kg down in fat loss and considerable amount of muscle gained lifting 4 x the amount of weight since he started.
Weโre not here to get skinny but become strong and change our whole physique๐ฅ

What can I say Charlotte has been an amazing client ๐๐ผ
She works a job that requires her to travel a lot and be in different countries at times. During this time she has been on 2 trips away with the girls not including work and one family holiday. All while still making really good progress and having flexibility while sheโs away.
How we done this?
- Structured training plan with clear understanding of it.
- Tailored nutrition plan to her needs and foods she enjoys while keeping satiety in mind.
- Form video assessments to ensure we were progressing accurately and safely.
- Cardio sessions and step count goals to facilitate a deficit that served a continuous weight drop.
- Support and tailoring of plans to manage progress with trips away.
- Charlotteโs sheer adherence and hard work ๐ช๐ผ
- Continuous communication between client and coach when faced adversities ( which is absolutely key).
Charllote joined the journey with her partner Ashley and they both fully committed themselves to the cause. Now they are enjoying their new built physiques and sense of accomplishment from all the hard work they put in.

10 months time.
Martin is one of my 1-2-1 clients. He came to me with no gym experience or lifting in the past. We built foundations from the ground up.
We had spells of time where we didnโt train for few months in between. Due to installing more mind fullness around what good nutrition looks like, we was able to make good progress with our weight loss progress.
Martin is not only feeling better but looking good too. He is able to lose weight in the process and most importantly keep it off. Which has made this weight loss journey a sustainable one.
Anyone can lose weight quickly but the biggest downfall to most is rebounding back. Making a sustainable change in someoneโs life is the most rewarding process.

Photo shoot wrapped up X Testimonial ๐ฅ
Ashleyโs shots are in, we have brought some look to his first shoot ever! We turned Ashley inside out in 10 weeks time and peaked him in to the shoot for a week to allow the body to refresh and fill up!
No crazy protocols, No silly ancillaries, we got him feeling good and designed a structure around his daily needs in order to allow him to be consistent.
I guided him every step of the way. Any questions, doubts or difficulties he came across we were first to tackle it before it got ahead of us.
Coaching is only as good as clients communication. Ashley was spot on to ask questions every step of the way and I was right there to quick fire a response or make adjustments as needed!
This is team work and safe to say we have nailed it โ
We are in a prime position to grow and add some solid tissue this year. Excited to take Ashley through his first growing phase with right guidance.
