Dress to express was the theme of our event today and wow did the children deliver! Just look at some of these fantastic outfits, chosen by the children to tell people a little bit more about themselves, such as what they like and their culture. Throughout the week the children have engaged brilliantly in assemblies around mental health.

We had a lovely afternoon welcoming in families for our Macmillan Coffee event. We enjoyed coffee, cake and conversation while raising money for a fantastic cause. Thank you to everyone who donated and made it such a success!

What a privilege for our poster competition winners to officially open the new Aldi UK store Derby's Meteor Centre this morning with ParalympicsGB gold and silver medallist Jonathan Broom-Edwards! The children represented our school beautifully! Well done!

We are delighted to be able to share that we have been successful in being awarded nearly £175,000 to install new fire doors at the school.

Working with partners Eddisons the Odyssey Collaborative Trust, which we are part of, secured a total of £933,320 of funding from the Government's Condition Improvement Fund to make updates to our school, as well as three others in the Trust.
