The Little Sunbeam Club

Hey all :)

Hope you are all having a lovely summer holiday and we can't wait to welcome you back at The Little Sunbeam Club!!

Our first session will be Thursday 3rd September ☺️🌞

This week is our last session before the summer and our Teddy Bears Picnic 🐻 Thursday 2nd July, 10-11.30am.

We will be outside, in the churchyard, so please bring picnic blankets, hats, suncream, a travel mug (if you have one) and don't forget your teddies!!

The church is currently having work on the drains, so there may be reduced parking and there may be people working around the churchyard. You can still access the churchyard in every direction! There is also a funeral at 1pm, so please be mindful of this as we will need to get packed away.

It's been a lovely year getting to know more of our Little Sunbeamers and their parents / grandparents and guardians. Let's enjoy 1x last session together!!!

We had a fabulous (but very hot!) session on Thursday!! We kept cool with ice and water in the tuff tray and then had Fire Fighters come to see us in their truck!!

Next week is our LAST session and our "Teddy Bears Picnic".
So that we can cater for everyone, please drop us a message if you are coming!!!

Hi Sunbeamers!!
Just a heads up for our session tomorrow (25th June). Firstly I have been to the church hall today and it is very warm in there!! Secondly, we have the Fire Engine coming at 11!! We will need to cordon off an area for parking so parking will be even more difficult than usual!!! We may be outside for the last half hour so suncream and sunhats are a must!!

If there is anything left after THURSDAY 25TH JUNE, they will be heading to St Edward's Church Jumble Sale on Tuesday 30th June.

Last week we celebrated Healthy Eating Week by doing some cutting and sticking to make our yummy plates of food. In the tuff tray we had lots of vegetables and pretended to make soup!!!

This week, we are preparing for Father's Day on Sunday ☺️ At Sunbeams, we appreciate all those "father figures" in our lives; Grandads, Uncles and Step Dads alike!!!

Last week we explored our beautiful church as part of our activity. Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!!!
